The HRM (Human Resource Management) platform is an internal solution designed to streamline and automate HR processes across the company. It supports daily operations for our HR teams and provides employees with secure access to their personal profiles and information. Built on a robust, scalable, and secure architecture, the platform ensures efficiency, performance, and data integrity.

Hosted on modern cloud infrastructure, it offers reliability, scalability, and automatic updates. The technology stack includes Java and Spring Boot on the backend, and React, TanStack, Tailwind, GraphQL, and TypeScript on the frontend.

 

About the role

As a QA Automation Engineer, you will help ensure the delivery of a stable and reliable internal application used by our HR teams and employees. You’ll collaborate closely with frontend and backend engineers, our UX designer, business analyst, and the product owner to transform internal business requirements into dependable, intuitive user experiences.

 

What you'll be doing

  • Performing backend and frontend testing.
  • Analyzing documentation and requirements to design effective test cases.
  • Automating test cases for new functionality. 
  • Maintaining and improving the regression automation suite (we automate everything that is technically feasible and valuable).
  • Reviewing test results and preparing clear, detailed bug reports. 
  • Investigating and accurately reproducing defects through log analysis, REST/GraphQL queries, and test data preparation.
  • Participating in scrum meetings and providing meaningful updates.
  • Contributing to refinement sessions and helping improve acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborating closely with product owners, business analysts, and software developers in an international team.
  • Supporting CI/CD processes by implementing automated tests, pipelines and optimizations.
  • Working with test parallelization to improve execution speed and reliability.

 

Your skills and your experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent practical experience. 
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Solid understanding of software testing fundamentals. 
  • Experience with test design techniques. 
  • Hands-on experience in manual testing using tools such as Postman and Swagger.
  • Solid JavaScript/TypeScript knowledge. 
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in backend and frontend test automation using Playwright.
  • Experience with CI/CD systems (Azure DevOps). 
  • Proficiency with version control systems.
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle. 
  • Familiarity with microservice architecture.  
  • Basic knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB). 
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies.
