We’re seeking an Administrative Officer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys combining precision with creativity. In this role, you’ll manage essential administrative processes, oversee office operations, and play a key part in creating an efficient, welcoming workspace. What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Manage documentation: Oversee the primary document flow for Solveva (employment, labor orders, timesheets, vacation, sick leaves, benefits and compensations) ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing in alignment with company standards. 
  • Employee Onboarding & Offboarding Administration: Manage employee onboarding and offboarding by overseeing pre-onboarding processes, collecting and storing documentation, organizing work equipment, and tracking all related tasks in the internal HRM system. 
  • Office Operations & Environment: Maintain an efficient and welcoming workspace, coordinate office supplies and services, and ensure day-to-day operations run seamlessly. 
  • Travel Support: Assist with travel arrangements and business trips when required. 
  • Vendor & Service coordination: Communicate with suppliers and service providers to guarantee uninterrupted office functionality and employee well-being. 
  • Compliance & Policy Adherence: Support adherence to Georgian regulations and Solveva’s internal policies, working closely with relevant stakeholders. 
  • Event planning: Assist in planning and organizing local office events as well as global Solveva gatherings to foster team engagement. 
  • Point of Contact: Act as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries, always ensuring professional and clear communication. 


What you´ll need 

  • Proven experience in administrative or office management roles. 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 
  • Excellent communication skills in Georgian, English 
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment. 
  • Attention to detail and a high level of responsibility. 
  • Familiarity with basic accounting or document control processes is a plus. 

 

Key Qualities & Abilities 

  • Proven Expertise: Demonstrated experience in administrative or office management roles. 
  • Organizational Strength: Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and maintain structure in a dynamic environment. 
  • Effective Communication: Fluency in Georgian and English (Russian is a plus), ensuring clear and professional interaction. 
  • Proactive Independence: Comfortable working autonomously while anticipating needs and solving problems. 
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and responsibility in all tasks. 
  • Additional Knowledge: Familiarity with basic accounting or document control processes is considered an advantage.
