About the Project 
The HRM (Human Resource Management) platform is a comprehensive solution designed to streamline and automate HR processes across organizations. Built on a robust, scalable, and secure architecture, it ensures efficiency, performance, and data integrity.

The platform is hosted on cloud infrastructure, providing scalability, global accessibility, and automatic updates. It is built on a modern technology stack that combines Java and Spring Boot on the backend with React, TanStack, Tailwind, GraphQL, and TypeScript on the frontend.

 

About the Role 

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer with practical project experience and a strong interest in building complex systems using the latest software architectures, technologies, and tools. You should be ready to join our team, embrace the project, and dive into current workflow processes such as backlog management and CI/CD. You will play a key role in supporting frontend development within the project.

 

What you´ll be doing 

  • Interacting daily with the development team and actively participating in backlog discussions
  • Implementing business features, including coding, integration, and testing
  • Developing new embedded modules within the current product
  • Collecting user feedback and providing support, including bug fixing, developing and implementing new features, and optimizing the current application
  • Collaborating within cross-functional Agile teams throughout the entire SDLC
  • Ensuring development best practices, including code quality, scalability, and maintainability
  • Maintaining product quality, validating code, and applying design patterns
  • Encouraging technical discussions within the team to drive continuous product improvement
  • Actively participating in Scrum meetings
  • Communicating with stakeholders, understanding the project environment, identifying obstacles, and proposing solutions while demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills

 

What you´ll need 

  • Degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience
  • English proficiency
  • Strong practical experience with TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS
  • Understanding of software architecture goals and strategies
  • Experience in writing tests and understanding testing principles
  • Experience with application state management
  • Excellent knowledge of browser troubleshooting and debugging techniques
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Team-oriented, reliable, and self-driven
  • Proactive, communicative, and strong analytical capabilities
  • Service-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction


Will be a plus 

  • Interest in working with Angular and Node.js
