Here you will interact directly with our CEO and other key leaders, playing a crucial role in our company's growth and success. 


‍About your role 


You will allow our management to focus on the further development of our firm. You will also be an interface to the employees and closely interact with core functions like HR. This requires that your personality and work attitude fit from the start:

Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • Assist in drafting service contracts with clients and partners 
  • Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations for meetings 
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls, and events 
  • Draft, edit, and proofread emails, reports, and other written materials for the CEO and other executives 
  • Prepare summaries and briefs to support decision-making 

 

Additional Areas of Contribution:

 

  • Manage internal projects 
  • Coordinate client pitches 
  • Contribute to our social media and general communication 
  • Coordinate website content updates 

 

What you´ll need 


  • At least bachelor's degree in business administration (or any equivalent) 
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the IT or insurance industry 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English  
  • Knowledge of German is a plus 
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams 
  • Interest to learn Power BI (we need it for reporting) 
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills 
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality 
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail 
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and resourceful approach to tasks 
  • Resilience, humor, and a healthy feeling for the own work-life balance 
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and embrace change
