You can join a high-performing international team dedicated to software engineering for leading global (re-)insurers.

About the Project

Our client is an international player in the insurance market. You support the client in the analysis of pricing processes and their integration into a global IT landscape. The technology stack includes Java, Python, Azure and AWS clouds, Github, MongoDB, PostgresSQL and more.

What You’ll Be Doing

You interact closely with our clients, product owners, and development teams in agreeing on goals and reaching them on time. This effective collaboration is where Solveva excels and leads innovation in our field. This position offers an excellent opportunity for personal and professional growth.

It encompasses:

  • Represent Solveva in client meetings with developers and business experts
  • Stay up to date with actuarial methods and software engineering
  • Contribute to the development of the client software suite through business analysis, and proactively suggest alternative paths on how to address the client’s needs

  • Proactively contribute to SAFe ceremonies and client workshops
  • Review software design proposals when specifying new software features
  • Document user stories, business processes, and software
  • Ensure timely deployments and budget reporting to clients

Your skills and Your Experience

  • You have a strong ability to clearly communicate and connect with technical and non-technical audiences
  • You can empathize with clients, partners, and offshore colleagues, manage expectations and promote collaboration across teams

  • You are a strong analytical thinker
  • You take personal responsibility for delivery and can manage uncertainty
  • You can give engaging presentations, produce clear reports, and ensure proper documentation
  • You are happy to take up client input for their specific implementation

Furthermore, you will need the following to succeed in your role:
