About the Role 
Are you eager to support the growth of an innovative software engineering firm? We're on the lookout for a vibrant Talent Acquisition Specialist who's passionate about recruitment! Together with our HR Business Partner, you will form part of an exceptional global HR team with colleagues in Bulgaria, Switzerland, Georgia, and Portugal. 
  
What You´ll Be Doing  

  • Manage full life cycle recruitment process of in-house hires from search kick-off to offer signature;
  • Proactively search for a diverse pool of talent, staying ahead of company’s hiring needs 
  • Apply various talent sourcing methods for each opening (online job ad campaigns, direct sourcing, internal referrals, social media, etc.);
  • Assess qualified candidates by conducting phone, video, and/or in-person interviews;
  • Build relationships with candidates and provide them with a consistent support throughout the recruitment process; 
  • Contribute to talent acquisition strategy, making suggestions for process improvements to ensure best-in-class candidate experience; 
  • Own the recruiting process including planning and organizing the interview rounds;  
  • Be at the forefront of recruiting trends, providing guidance to hiring teams on best practices related to interviewing and hiring; 
  • Work on cross-functional internal projects and exercise your entrepreneurial spirit by supporting the development of a fast-growing organization, by fostering a unique culture, and by scaling internal functions;


As part of the global HR team, you may also be engaged in a wider range of activities such as:

  • Conducting 1:1 feedback sessions, fostering discussions on both team and individual performance, sharing recommendations based on best practices;
  • Supporting individual career path development, training assessments;
  • Building partnerships with team leaders, scrum masters, and software engineers in a multicultural environment;
  • Working closely with the senior leadership team to support organizational change initiatives, people and performance-related development, employee engagement;
  • Ensuring compliance with local labor laws, occupational medicine, and regulations;
  • Supporting with event planning and organization;


Occasionally, you might need to travel to our offices and company gatherings abroad. We will support your professional growth and do not require that you cover the full scope of the broader activities right from the start. 
 
Your Skills and Your Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or other relevant field 
  • 2+ years professional experience in recruitment in the IT domain 
  • Flair for IT and a keen interest in staying updated with industry trends 
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bulgarian 
  • Positive and energizing personality, sense of humor  
  • Team player with ability to build fun and collaborative team atmosphere 
  • Proven experience in developing business relationships between people with diverse backgrounds  
  • Ability to work independently on various, demanding tasks 
  • Strong organizational skills  
  • Ready to align with long-term company goals and embody values of a company with a flat hierarchy and culture built on trust and transparency 
  • Readiness to work in a highly dynamic and fast-changing business environment  
  • An understanding of agile principles is a strong plus
